Romney & Big Six 2008 Presidential Candidates Websites Lacking in Substance and Message to Millions of Voters & Small Businesses

Marblehead, MA – May 13, 2007 Even though former small business owner presidential candidate Mitt Romney was a success he chooses not to address a very large audience on his web site, small business owners. Two small business entrepreneurs provide public with 2008 Candidate Web site evaluations of the big six candidates: Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards and Barack Obama.
Jim Peake and Eric Graham both experienced web entrepreneurs and small business owners wanted to see if the big six 2008 Presidential candidates were focusing on 3 large constitute bases:
1) small businesses (~25,000,000 small businesses in the United States)
2) 12% of Americans 36.8 million senior citizens in the United States according to the US Census Bureau
3) 24.5 million United States Military Veterans
Keep in mind that we reviewed the candidates web sites as any person wanting to find information about the candidates would do. This is a cursory review. We did not go in deep, but we did go deep enough to find that a large bulk of Americans are not being addressed as well as some of the issues that face them.
The findings from our survey of our candidate web site reviews were as follows:
1) Zero mentions of small businesses by all candidates
2) Zero mentions of any senior citizens issues
3) 3 Mentions of Veterans by John McCain, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama
Is Washington, D.C. is more focused on themselves and not the American people? Will it take a 2^nd tier or 3^rd tier candidate to emerge and rock the boat on this election and endorse change?
