Water and Nutrition
In this Nutrition Manual podcast we go into the benefits of water and health. We also cover the quality of your water and what can be done to make it better. In Dr. Kamnitzer’s Nutrition Manual we left off talking about carbohydrates and sugar in Part I. Both of these food intakes can make us thirsty. Dr. Kamnitzer suggests that we use Siberian Ginseng 2 capsules 3X per day to alleviate the sugar cravings.
Dr. Kamnitzer also recommends that we drink 1 ounce of water for every 2 lbs. of body weight per day. He also recommends that we get our water tested. He says “Americans are chronically dehydrated. Our thirst mechanisms are out of whack because we associate beverages with various tastes; we confuse our desire for a particular taste with the need to drink. Chronic dehydration is stressful to the brain and kidneys in particular. Histamine release increases as the body attempts to conserve water, leading to increased allergic-type symptoms. Back pain can increase due to shrinkage in the height of the vertebral discs.
Suggestions: Buy a Roxtract Living Water System. This non-electrical system removes impurities, adds 40 trace minerals in an easily assimilated ionic form, and super-oxygenates the water all at the same time. Buy a container so you can have water with you.
Lastly Dr. Kamnitzer asked us to go to Google and do a search for emoto + water + photos and get more information on how water actually has a consciousness as demonstrated by Japanese Dr. Masaru Emoto.
Tim Robbins provides inspiration to broadcasters (NAB) in keynote address
This keynote address at the NAB by Tim Robbins is short but powerful. Tim Robbins takes a leadership position and scolds the broadcasters for their indescretions and choices in content to the public. He also tells them that they have a choice and can make a huge difference. Here are a few of the quotes. Feel his passion. It starts with one person at a time, as Guy Finley says.
“We are at an abyss as an industry (media and broadcasters) and as a country. We are at a critical juncture. The broadcasters have the power to effect change. Broadcasters have a tremendous power to turn the country away from the cynicism and hatred and divisive dialogue that has rendered such a corrosive effect of the body politic.”
“We don’t need to look at the car crash. We don’t need to live off the pain of the humiliation of the unfortunate. We don’t need to celebrate our pornographic obsession of celebrity culture, we are better than that.”
“Enough is enough! Now is the time to move away from our lesser selves. Now is the time to stop making money on the misfortunes of others and the prurient and salacious desires of the public. Now is the time to admit and recognize that we aren’t just businessmen but the guardians of the human spirit with a responsibility of the health of this nation that we can lift this country up with our programming.”
“We are ready for change. We are ready to imagine a new broadcasting industry aesthetic. We can appeal to the better nature in our audience. We are ready for a new broadcasting industry aesthetic that produces shows that promote strength instead of fear. That does not divide, but inspires. That does not promote hate, but unity. That will not tear the weak down but build up their strength. Imagine a world of broadcasting with the American people are encouraged to reject despair and distrust.” Tim Robbins
Take action by writing and calling your broadcasters and by not watching or listening to the normal junk that they put out.

Podcast Interview Speed Reading World Record Holder Howard Berg
This is an eye opening podcast especially if you want to learn 80X faster and comprehend more. Howard Berg will enlighten you with speed learning techniques and share why our US education system is abysmal, it is a morass. Howard works on performance.
Howard is the 1990 Guinness book of world record holder for speed reading, he is the worlds fastest reader. It will become apparent to you that Howard is a smart man and is able to teach others with average intelligence how to learn. He learned how the brain works and was able to complete his school work must faster than other kids.
Howard has trained many students across the board who are consistently graduating from college before they are 18 years old….not only graduating college at a tender young age but doing so with 4.0 grades. Howard trains business people how to read and learn faster as well.
“Reading is not learning. Reading is just one of the blades in the Swiss Army knife….a big fat blade,” says Howard Berg. The average reader reads about 200 words per minute. The three different types of learning are literal, implied and inferential, and Howard gives the “dime story” to illustrate how the different types of learning are applied. Howard also goes into the Roosevelt story with the dime and how they found the cure for polio.
In order to make learning work we have to make it interesting, meaningful and significant. ABCOQ is an acronym that Howard describes in the studying habits that are required to understand and comprehend information.
Howard has started his own school systems where he is deploying his technology so they can run their own school and resell his learning programs. “Our US education system is in a morass,” says Berg. “28% of our high school seniors can’t read at the 8th grade level. 90% of the high school graduates in the state of Texas education agency cannot write a paragraph! The system is a morass and very political and the department of education does not want to improve the system because people want to keep their jobs,” according to Berg. “Most schools are interested in tests and attendance.”
The US education system is interested in creating jobs. They are interested in improving on test scores. Our teachers are in the standardization business and the testing business and not the education business. Howard Berg is interested in educating people.
